At the same time, we’ve begun to feel the limitations of our current space. Our 9:15am and 10:45am worship gatherings are full. The parking lot and traffic flow are stressed. Early Childhood rooms are nearing capacity. The lobby is crowded. And yet, God keeps sending people our way. We believe this is the moment to respond with faith and hospitality.

Financial Overview
As we prepare for a season of growth, our financial campaign is designed to meet both the everyday needs of ministry and the exciting opportunity of expansion. Our church family is already faithfully giving at a level that supports our current ministry needs at $10.9 million over two years. This isn’t new or additional giving; it’s what already fuels our ministries, staff, outreach, and operations.
What is new is the opportunity to expand. The estimated cost of the building project is $6 million. Thanks to God’s provision and the consistent generosity of our church, we already have $1 million in cash set aside for the project. That means the remaining financial need for this campaign is $15.9 million—$5 million more than what our church is already giving.
This is a one-fund campaign, meaning that all giving during this two-year period, whether for regular ministry or toward the building expansion, goes toward the same unified goal. Rather than separate funds for operating expenses and construction, we are asking everyone to consider one giving commitment that supports all we believe God is calling us to do.
We have already secured financing commitments that will allow us to begin construction this fall, pending congregational approval and weather permitting. This financing will enable us to start as soon as possible, even as commitments are fulfilled throughout the two-year campaign.
Importantly, our financing plan includes long-term support for any portion of the project not fully covered by campaign giving, ensuring the project can move forward responsibly and without delay.
Our stretch goal is to fully fund both the building expansion and our ongoing ministry needs during this campaign: $15.9 million in total. This goal goes beyond the minimum needed and gives us the opportunity to move ahead without taking on additional debt. We are trusting God to provide through the generous and sacrificial giving of our church family.
